WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship all items located on our website. Some items that can be considered hazardous materials must be specially packaged and shipped. On those items you must call for a freight quote. Longshot Enterprises manufactures many of the products that we ship. Orders received for in stock items will ship the same day if ordered before 12:00 P.M. central standard time. Items for production will be shipped upon completion of the product. We primarily ship anywhere UPS will go. If freight is needed for your order we have several freight companies available and can ship best way or by a specific carrier if you desire. We will provide a tracking number upon request. If you are local and want to pick up in store you are more than welcome. Our address is: 824 N 9th St Salina, Ks 67401 and our hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 – 4:30.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All items are returnable, with the exception of custom orders. Some custom orders maybe returnable if we notice a manufacturing defect or product is improperly made to dimension at the fault of our production or sales team.
Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days from receipt of your purchase.

If Longshot Enterprises is at fault, shipping return is taken care of by us.
Depending on the item, you may receive an in-store return credit or reimbursement.
